<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>This post sits within the Children and Young Peoples Learning Disability Service within Mindworks at Surrey and Borders. The Children's LD Service is a Surrey County Wide Service, with 4 bases: Redhill Leatherhead Chertsey and Godalming. This post is being advertised as a development post, however if you have the relevant knowledge and experience for a Band 8a you are also able to apply.</p>
<p>The service is a friendly welcoming and supportive Team, made up of Nurses Psychology Music Therapy and Psychiatry along with Admin colleagues. There is a monthly Business Meeting and twice monthly clinical issues meeting, with a quarterly LD Forum.</p>
<p>The post holder will hold a case load of young people and provide appropriate interventions / support. This will include working with the family/ carers and wider MDT to ensure a consistency of approach. The post holder will also provide regular supervision to the AP based in the geographical area. They will be supported by the Clinical Psychologist in their development. Alongside regular supervision and appraisal with an identified development plan. The post holder will also contribute to the service ASD Pathway and any other pathways that are appropriate.</p>

  <p><strong>Operational Lead - MHST Clinical (or Family of) Psychology, Systemic Family Psychotherapy, Child Psychotherapy, Community Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Art Psychotherapist or other core CAMHS profession registered with a governing body.</strong></p> <p>Bedfordshire CAMHS are excited to be recruiting into 5 posts for Band 8a Clinical Lead post (0.5 WTE) in each of our Mental Health Support Teams (MHST). The MHSTs are part of an exciting project funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community in response to the government's Green Paper for Young People's Mental Health. Bedfordshire &amp; Luton have been successful in having several MHST sites benefiting from significant investment in this area. This post is an opportunity to work with school staff and school cultures in developing school environments that are more conducive to supporting sustainably better emotional health and wellbeing.   <p>We are looking for a confident CAMHS professional with a demonstrable track record of providing good quality evidence-based interventions, experienced in offering clinical supervision and improving service quality with a strong interest in service development. You will be either a Nurse, Social worker, Art Psychotherapist, Psychotherapist or Psychologist with the requisite professional registration.</p> <p>The community served is multi-ethnic and culturally diverse and we welcome applicants who are skilled at working with the richness and complexity of this multicultural context. You will also provide triage, mental health assessments, effective brief therapeutic support, group work and workshops to prevent moderate to severe mental health problems developing, using the Thrive model. You will be required to be flexible, and be able to travel across Bedfordshire.</p> <p>The post is embedded in the community, and you will have an attached base in Bedfordshire CAMHS, and be an integrated part of the CAMH Access Services multi-disciplinary services and the wider CAMH Specialist Service. You will need a relevant professional registration, with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. You will need experience in working with children and families, preferably in a primary care setting.</p> <p>You will need to be able to operate confidently in an environment where IT is the main method of record keeping, communication and program management.</p>

  <p>On the first of February 2021 the Royal Brompton &amp; Harefield Hospitals became part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust- a truly once in a generation development.</p>
<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced radiographer to join our friendly skilled radiology team at Royal Brompton Hospital, specialist centre for the treatment of heart and lung disease. The post offers the chance to develop highly specialised skills in heart and lung imaging.</p>
<p>In January 2022 we opened a new diagnostic imaging centre with state-of-the-art facilities including an additional CT scanner (Siemens Force), a dedicated interventional radiology lab (Phillips Azurion 7) and a Siemens fluoroscopy &amp; DR room. There is plan to install a Siemens Photon Counting CT in our Sydney Street wing soon. The rest of the department is within the existing buildings and includes; 2 Siemens CT scanners, 6 cardiac catheter labs, including a hybrid theatre/cath lab, 2 general DR x-ray rooms and DR mobiles.</p>
<p>We offer supportive comprehensive training in the specialist imaging modalities focused on cardiac and respiratory procedures and you will be part of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post is rotational and you will be working throughout all areas including general X-Ray, fluoroscopy, CT scanning and the cardiac catheter labs.</p>
<p>All applicants for this post would receive comprehensive training in both CT, IR and the catheter labs, with a focus on cardiac and respiratory procedures. We believe strongly in developing all staff to their fullest potential, with a focus on all radiographers being fully trained to undertake a full range of cardiac catheter interventions, cardiac CT including both adults and paediatrics, scanning and assisting in interventional CT and a variety of interventional radiology procedures. We pride ourselves on delivering individualised excellent patient care.</p>

  <p>We are recruiting a Band 7 Senior Clinical Supervisor to lead our newest Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in Havering, launching in January 2026. Locally known as the Havering Emotional Support Team (HEST), our service began in 2022 with two teams, expanded to a third in 2023, and is now growing again. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a new team, working at the forefront of children and young people's mental health and wellbeing.</p>
<p>Our MHSTs work in partnership with schools, colleges, and community services to provide early access to evidence-based support. <p>As Senior Clinical Supervisor, you will provide leadership, supervision, and clinical expertise to ensure high-quality care for children, young people, and their families. <p>The MHST Senior Supervisor/ Senior Therapist will be responsible for the caseload management &amp; supervision of the Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) . The post holder will also work with other senior colleagues in developing MHSTs and facilitate wider service transformation.</p>

  <p>ARCH (Addictions Recovery Centre Hillingdon) is well established partnership service between CNWL and Via. We provide structured treatment and support for people with drug and alcohol difficulties.</p> <p>We have three upcoming Assistant Psychologist roles in ARCH which will cover the core service, the Recovery Day Programme (RDP) and the Rough Sleeper's team. The start date for each of these posts will be staggered between November 2025 and January 2026.</p> <p>To enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the service, across all sectors of care; providing data collection, data analysis, and assessment under the management and supervision of a qualified professional psychologist, working independently according to a plan agreed with a qualified psychologist and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures. </p> <p>To participate in clinical governance and utilise research skills for audit, service development and research within the area served by the multi-disciplinary Drug and Alcohol team.</p>

  <p><strong>Clinical</strong></p>
<p>To undertake Psychosocial Inventions and Workshops of clients referred to the Drug and Alcohol Service. This may include using motivational interviewing techniques, self-report measures, risk assessment, rating scales, direct and indirect observations and semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the client's care. Providing evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT to help people overcome their addiction).</p>

			<p>We're looking for a Philanthropy &amp; Special Events Officer to join our ambitious fundraising team. In this role you will support on and deliver excellent relationship management and stewardship to a growing portfolio of mid and high value donors to help the team achieve ambitious financial targets. You will also help deliver an exciting calendar of special events including a gala dinner, bespoke donor events with schools and an annual Carol Concert.</p>
