  <p>An opportunity has arisen to recruit a CAMHS Clinical Specialist to the Southwark CAMHS Early Help Team (Tier 2 generic) for a fixed term contract covering a maternity leave.</p>
<p>The post holder will carry out initial assessments and offer treatment according to their clinical and professional back ground and training. It is important that the successful candidate has substantial experience of working with children and young people with complex mental health difficulties in a CAMHS setting. Experience working therapeutically with children and young people with Neurodevelopmental conditions is essential.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Participate as a multi-disciplinary team member in the setting and reviewing of therapeutic aims, objectives, standards and strategies to provide a high standard of care to clients and their families.</p>
<p>Assume responsibility for own case list and case management of children, adolescents and families who are determined to be at mild to moderate risk.</p>
<p>Undertake all duties in line with the professional Codes of Professional Conduct, and maintain professional registration requirements for the post according to discipline/profession.</p>
<p>You will manage your own caseload and work within a team but will have freedom to act within the service framework and Trust operational policies.</p>

  <p>This is an exciting arts therapies opportunity with Newham Arts Therapies, working with adult service users with complex mental health needs, in hospital and the community. The clinical provision is to cover for maternity leave, and may include individual and group work. You will be well supported with supervision from very experienced arts therapies clinicians. You will be part of a well-established arts therapies, and specialist psychotherapy service. We are looking for interested applicants who can work autonomously and be part of a very committed team. Team meetings take place on Wednesdays, 9.30-11am online. This full-time fixed-term role may be split across more than one modality, days to be negotiated accordingly.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will work as part of Newham Arts Therapies, offering clinical provision, including assessment, individual and group work, to in-patient and community service users with complex mental health needs. This work takes place in different locations, including Newham Centre for Mental Health, 409 High Street and other community locations, and will include picking up ongoing referrals, and setting up of some new work in the community. You will be qualified and registered as an Arts Therapist (art psychotherapy, dramatherapy, music therapy and dance movement psychotherapy), with work experience relevant to the role. We are looking for committed and enthusiastic applicants who want to work as part of a team and contribute meaningfully to service user experience and recovery.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Art Therapist to cover a fixed term, (12 month) post in the West London Forensic Service (WLFS). The post will be 2 days per week (0.4 wte) for 1 year, beginning in October/November 2025.</p> <p>West London Forensic Service provides secure care and forensic community teams for male and female service-users, who have complex needs related to serious mental illness, personality disorder and offending behaviour, and we are committed to providing high quality, evidence based interventions within a recovery framework.</p> <p>The role will be based in a small but dedicated arts therapies team.   <p>As the post holder you will one of two qualified art therapists in the forensic service, you will provide art therapy to service users in the inpatient service, both male and female, including a specialist ward for women with intellectual disabilities, autism and complex communication needs.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Clinical Genetics &amp; Genomics Laboratory (CGGL), based at the Royal Brompton Hospital, part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The Royal Brompton &amp; Harefield NHS hospitals are the largest heart &amp; lung centres in the UK and among the largest in Europe. We are a partnership of two specialist hospitals which are known throughout the world for our expertise, standard of care and research success.</p>
<p>The CGGL is a genomics diagnostic lab, providing state-of-the-art specialist cardiac &amp; respiratory NGS-based genetic testing as part of the London South Genomics Laboratory Hub (LS GLH).</p>
<p>We are looking for a motivated Clinical Scientist, with extensive experience in human molecular genetic diagnostics, excellent interpersonal skills, to join our group. The successful candidate will have the ability to critically analyse and interpret scientific data, and compile comprehensive, integrated genomic reports.</p>
