Current position available:University Guidance CounsellorJob description :<ul><li>Provide high-quality, personalised university and careers guidance to students, ensuring they are well informed when making post-school choices.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global university systems and application requirements, with particular attention to UK, US and IB pathways.</li><li>Lead and contribute to the school’s careers and university guidance programme from Years 7–13, including support for subject choices and programme planning.</li><li>Track, record and report on student university applications, offers and destinations, ensuring accurate information is shared with staff, students and families.</li><li>Build and sustain effective links with universities, professional bodies and external organisations, representing the school at relevant events and conferences.</li></ul>The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:<ul><li>A track record of exceptional teaching experience</li><li>Capable of teaching across Secondary age group</li><li>Outstanding subject knowledge</li><li>Enthusiasm and motivation for exemplary teaching and learning</li><li>Having work experience of at least 5 years in accordance with the qualifications of the position to be applied</li></ul>We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people, and expect all staff to share this commitment.
