  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As part of the Senior Peer Support Worker role, you will be supporting individuals with eating disorders across outpatients, day services &amp; the Enhanced Treatment Team via individual and group peer support interventions, under the clinical and professional supervision of a qualified psychologist, psychotherapist or CBT therapist &amp; other members of the MDT.</p> <p>The post holder will also support Peer Support workers development in their roles via providing them regular supervision. The post holder will also contribute to the development and co-ordination of Peer Support services across the service.</p> <p>We are looking for enthusiastic people to be part of our well-established and growing peer support service. The successful applicants will be engaging, approachable, motivated, committed to personal and professional development, and able to engage with people with complex mental health difficulties. They will be organised, with existing experience working with mental health care.</p>

  <p>To provide a qualified specialist child and adolescent psychotherapy service to children and young people with mental health problems across all sectors of care as part of a multi-disciplinary CAMHS team. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Psychological Therapist to join Greenwich ADAPT (Anxiety, Depression, Affective disorders, Personality disorders &amp; Trauma) a secondary care multidisciplinary service providing place-based care for people living in the Borough of Greenwich.</p> <p>You will have a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams supporting people with emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties. We are particularly interested in candidates with interest, experience and/or training in mentalisation-based therapy (MBT) as the successful candidate will join our MBT team. Broader groupwork or group analytic skills are also welcome.</p> <p>You will join a dynamic and skilled Psychological Therapies Team comprised of psychologists, psychotherapists, cognitive behavioural therapists, art therapist, assistant psychologist, a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner, as well as trainees. The service offers a range of modalities including MBT (Mentalisation-based therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), art therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy). The team also work closely with the wider MDT to provide Structured Clinical Management (SCM). New developments this year include the planned launch of a comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme, and the service is acting as a site for a randomised controlled trial evaluating a trauma focused adaption of MBT.</p>

  <p>The role involves a variety of duties including taking a teams approach, attendance and offering of a psychological perspective in MDT meetings, brief psychoeducation groups (8 weeks), longer term groups (up to 18 months) as well as opportunities for individual work (some brief and some up to 12 months).</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The successful applicant will be joining the service during an exciting period of service development and transformation. They will receive clinical supervision from a senior Psychologist (with BABCP Accreditation if required) and will work closely with AEDS psychological therapies team.</p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for providing or contributing to the clinical supervision of Trainee Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists; this is, with support and, where applicable, training to assist in the development of these supervision skills.</p> <p>The post holder will be expected to carry out comprehensive assessments and formulations and plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of their psychological interventions (individual and group). They will additionally be required to contribute to the work and functioning of the multi-disciplinary team, where appropriate.</p>
