  <p><strong>The Community Therapy Service team in Wallingford is looking for an enthusiastic clinician with an interest in Mental Health to join the team as a Senior Band 6 in a part time capacity of 30 hours per week.</strong></p> <p><strong>Could this be you?</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a senior clinician with a mental health background, who is enthusiastic to develop their clinical practice within innovative and supportive multidisciplinary teams, treating patients in their own homes.</p> <p>The Community Therapy Service aims to provide high quality integrated therapy services working as a key member of the community MDT . We work closely with other multidisciplinary team members, social services and voluntary organisations for adults with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a Mental Health Practitioner - Physiotherapist you will provide high quality mental health rehabilitation to patents referred to or within the Community Therapy Service (CTS). You will use your expertise to help support other CTS practitioners achieve rehabilitation goals. In addition to this you will be supporting our community response physical health pathway.</p>
<p>You will also work closely with the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) to minimise duplication, maximise efficiency and facilitate a seamless pathway between the two services for the patient understanding the roles and responsibilities of the clinicians for establishing and delivering a care plan for the patient.</p>

  <p>Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies (THTT) is one of the leading national Talking Therapies services and we are keen to recruit an experienced Counsellor. The successful candidate will join our dynamic Counselling Therapies team and work alongside other therapists who are trained in a number of different modalities including; person-centred, humanistic, integrative, and psychodynamic. Other teams of therapists at THTT are trained in a range of therapies including EMDR, Eating Disorders treatment, CBT and a well-established PWP team.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will provide individual and group counselling interventions for clients with mild to moderate common mental health problems as appropriate to meet service user needs. They will monitor their performance and outcomes in conjunction with the stream lead.The post-holder will be BACP/UKCP registered/accredited and is required to be eligible and willing to undertake the NHS Talking Therapies training in Counselling for Depression if requested. The post holder will implement a stepped care approach to clinical practice and will work with clients who present with depression and anxiety for which Counselling is demonstrated to be clinically effective and appropriate.A percentage of the post-holders' clinical contact hours will be filled with triage assessments. The number of triage assessments required per week will be specified by line managers/clinical lead.   <p>Applications are invited for a Clinical / Applied Psychologist or Accredited Psychological Therapist. You will be an integral member of the Mid and North Hampshire Division's psychological therapies team. The post will be based in Basingstoke CMHT. Applicants should have a desire to embrace MDT working, training and team development. This post offers the opportunity to influence best clinical practice and the development of a psychologically informed and recovery focused CMHT.</p><p>We are seeking an enthusiastic clinician who has specialist interest and experience in working psychologically with trauma. The post holder will provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy individually and through group programmes as well as offering advice, consultation, reflective practice, clinical formulation and training to staff within the multidisciplinary teams. Evaluation of interventions and the impact of the service in terms of benefit to clients is an important component of what we strive to do. The post holder will require specialist knowledge and experience in the application of at least one psychological therapy (CBT, DBT, CAT).</p>

  <p>The Mid and North Hampshire Psychological Therapies Team is a thriving active team of psychologists and psychological therapists working within primary care, secondary care, EIP and acute and crisis teams. We are dedicated to delivering superb quality, evidence-based interventions. We pride ourselves on contributing to the development and implementation of innovative interventions. The range of psychologically focused therapies we deliver include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and EMDR. This is a new post, and the post holder will join an established psychological therapies team, with access to high quality supervision and support.</p><p>The Trust has strong links with Southampton University, particularly with the Doctoral Programme in Clinical Psychology, the MSc/Diploma in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Severe Mental Health Problems and training courses for IAPT. Opportunities for research and development within the post will be actively encouraged. We are keen to support training to increase your therapeutic skills and develop your leadership skills.   <p>We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Renal Dietitian to work in our multi-disciplinary therapy team. Lead by a Clinical Lead Renal Dietitian and Clinical Lead Renal Occupational Therapist, the team is made of dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and therapy assistants - across inpatient and outpatient settings. Our team supports people living with chronic kidney disease and urological conditions across three wards based at The Royal Free Hospital site, and 5 outpatient centres for low clearance, dialysis and transplantation. This role is a full time role based predominantly off site in the renal outpatient setting on our Haemodialysis units.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting patients living with Chronic Kidney Disease. Whilst previous renal experience within Dialysis is desirable; we are keen to support dietitians who may have had exposure to renal inpatients and advanced Kidney Care, and value strong transferrable skills such as autonomous management of people with complex nutritional diagnoses, delivering patient centered care and working effectively within an MDT. Experience supporting the development of junior staff will be highly regarded, as will skills in quality improvement, service evaluation or audit. This post offers a great opportunity to join a well established renal team!</p>

  <p>Hounslow CAMHS Mental Health Support Team (MHST) is seeking to recruit 2 Mental Health Practitioners to work within our schools-based early intervention mental health team. We support children/young people (CYP) with mild-to-moderate low mood, anxiety and behaviours that challenge within mainstream school settings. We offer a range of interventions and work in creative ways to support our mainstream schools to implement a Whole School Approach to mental health.</p>
<p>We are seeking 2 enthusiastic applicants who have an interest in working with CYP within educational settings, who are flexible and creative and interested in service development and improvement. You will be joining a welcoming schools based Mental Health Team in Hounslow, West London NHS Trust who are committed to service improvement, staff well-being, and who value diversity and inclusion in our workforce.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role involves embedding the Whole School Approach (WSA); through co-facilitating workshops for parents and staff, delivering targeted and universal groups to primary and secondary school pupils and providing evidence-based interventions to address mental health needs. There is also an expectation to support with service evaluations and audits of the interventions offered within the team, and preparation of data for quarterly data submissions. There are ample opportunities to work on service development within the team, supporting the roll out of new approaches, and monitoring impact.</p>
<p>The post holders will receive regular supervision within the team who will ensure adherence to professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.</p>
