  <p>We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental difficulties to come and work in the socially and ethnically diverse borough of Tower Hamlets. </p> <p>Tower Hamlets CAMHS is a friendly, thriving and innovative service; ELFT has a strong ethos of Quality Improvement, and we are keen to continually develop our service.The service includes professionals from various disciplines including psychiatry, nursing, social workers, psychology, occupational therapy, psychotherapy and family therapy, who come together to provide high quality holistic care for young people and their families. </p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This is a community-based post, located within the Neurodevelopmental Team in Tower Hamlets CAMHS offering flexible, evidence-based episodes of care, assessments and treatments to a wide variety of clinical presentations. </p> <p>The post holder will provide evidence based episodes of care, assessments and treatment to young people with moderate to severe Learning Disability. The post holder will bring their clinical knowledge and skills to this team. NDT provide a broad range of evidence-based interventions including an established group programme (supporting behaviour, sleep, and a neuroaffirmative group for YP who have received recent diagnosis of ASC), Positive Behaviour Support, ASC assessment clinic (where necessary, appropriate training will be provided to ensure staff are equipped to complete ASC assessments effectively) consultation to CAMHS colleagues and schools, and direct work with children and their families, which the post holder will contribute towards. The post holder will join committed and enthusiastic colleagues and will contribute to the next phase of development for the team.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are pleased to be recruiting to a trauma specialist 8a psychological therapist post (0.8 wte) to work within our multi-modality therapy team in secondary care for adults with moderate-severe mood, anxiety and personality disorders. The post holder will be an experienced clinician for service users with PTSD and complex PTSD offering trauma-focussed CBT (may additionally be experienced in EMDR), also with significant experience using CBT for adults with moderate to severe mood and anxiety disorders. The post holder will have experience of line managing and supervising junior psychologists trainees, as well as offering consultation and link-working with colleagues.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful applicant will demonstrate experience and skill in working with PTSD and cPTSD with adults in secondary care with moderate-severe presentations, using trauma-focussed CBT, as well as other mood and anxiety disorders. The role requires supervision and line management of more junior psychologists and trainees. The post holder will contribute to service audits and development projects, and consultation within the team and to other professionals.</p>



  <h3>About us</h3>
  <p>1. The successful applicant will work alongside other Clinical/Counselling Psychologists delivering assessment and therapy, with some of the staff also employed in specialist trauma posts. They will also work alongside psychotherapists offering Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy as part of this well-established multi-modality team. There are line management and supervisory responsibilities, as well as link-working with CMHTs to provide consultation, teaching, co-working. The team is based in central Croydon (Jeanette Wallace House) and face-to-face sessions are provided at this base and at other Croydon sites. Wednesdays are an essential team day.Development opportunities: The Trust provides access to a wide range of CPD opportunities and all staff are encouraged to undertake development opportunities and activities relevant to their post.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen at Sunderland Counselling Service for an energetic individual with 2 years post qualifying experience of working as a counsellor / therapist with children and young people from 5-18 years old. This post will be part time for 4 days a week</p><p>Sunderland Counselling Service Head Office is based in John Street in the city centre and we expect the successful post holder will work from a community base(s) across the Sunderland area.</p><p>The post holder who will hold a counselling qualification to Degree, MSc, MA, or Diploma level and will be working in a Sunderland Community Children and Young People's Mental Health Service (SCCAYPMHS) locality base within Sunderland as part of a team of counsellors. The post holder will be engaged in the delivery and development of the counselling, supervision and training components of the service, and will work with children and young people whose lives are, or have been, affected by events to such a level that it impacts upon their emotional and mental well-being.</p>

  <p>We are seeking to recruit a Registered and/or Accredited Band 5, 6 or 7 Counsellor to join the West Dorset Team .</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the appropriate skills, experience and qualifications to join a highly motivated, professional and committed team.   <p>The Children &amp; Young People's team delivers a multi-modality therapeutic service working with 2 to 24-year olds experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. We work closely with CAMHs, the local authority and a range of voluntary and community sector organisations to deliver effective short-term therapeutic interventions.</p> <p>TThe post-holder will join a team of CBT therapists and will provide CBT to children and young people with a range of anxiety and low mood related difficulties. CBT will be delivered via online and face-to-face appointments. Some flexibility to work from home and from service bases is required. You will have responsibility for triaging referrals, assessing mental health difficulties and delivering CBT to indicated, evidence based national guidelines.</p> <p>The post-holder will liaise with children and young people, their parents, families, carers and/or additional supporting professionals to ensure effective and practical support.
