Counsellors&nbsp;on Placement provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4-18 in Place2Be partner schools. As an organisation that has adopted the BACP ethical framework of good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, counsellors working within the organisation are dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of the children they work with.

 <li>Place2Be provides a high level of support to counsellors on placement through regular supervision, tailored training workshops and offers a well-recognised clinical placement*.</li>
 <li>We provide a comprehensive induction programme and clinical supervision is undertaken at the end of each day.</li>
 <li>We need you to be available for a minimum of one day per week to work in a therapeutic capacity with up to 3 children offering one-to-one counselling.</li>
 <li>Placements are term time only and run for one academic year. There are opportunities for you to stay with us beyond one year.</li>
 <li>You will have the opportunity to attend up to six optional workshops throughout the year which are recognised as continuing professional development time.</li>
 <li>Sessions spent with children are accepted as clinical hours towards professional accreditation, and are recognised by the BACP and UKCP.</li>

 <li>Place2Be provides a high level of support to counsellors on placement through regular supervision, tailored training workshops and offers a well-recognised clinical placement*.</li>
 <li>We provide a comprehensive induction programme and clinical supervision is undertaken at the end of each day.</li>
 <li>We need you to be available for a minimum of one day per week to work in a therapeutic capacity with up to 3 children offering one-to-one counselling.</li>
 <li>Placements are term time only and run for one academic year. There are opportunities for you to stay with us beyond one year.</li>
 <li>You will have the opportunity to attend up to six optional workshops throughout the year which are recognised as continuing professional development time.</li>
 <li>Sessions spent with children are accepted as clinical hours towards professional accreditation, and are recognised by the BACP and UKCP.</li>

I support and co-ordinate business development planning and end to end delivery of bids and proposals, delivering winning submissions, which further the delivery of Rethink Mental Illness’ Strategy. We believe that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity – and that’s why equity is one of our core values.Our Topping Mill Service provides stable transition accommodation and support, to people over the age of 18, for up to five years. Our supported living accommodation provides person-centred support, based on their recovery journey. This will enable users to move onto housing within the community. Topping Mill consists of 14 self-contained flats, along with a shared lounge on both the ground and first floor.JOIN THE TEAM!Overview of a Housing Management Officer role:As a Housing Officer, you will work under the leadership and guidance of the Registered Service Manager (RSM) to deliver a responsive and customer orientated housing management service. This involves working with tenants who experience Mental Health challenges, living in accommodation supported by Rethink mental illness staff.Essential Skills and Experience Required:<ul>	<li>Must be able to demonstrate behaviours consistent with the values of the Charity</li>	<li>Recognised Housing related qualification or equivalent relevant experience</li>	<li>Experience in a comparable role, preferably in housing, social services, residential care or supported housing.</li>	<li>Experience and knowledge of enhanced housing benefit, housing management, related legislation, letting procedures and Local Authority guidelines</li>	<li>Ability to identify support goals and evaluate progress.</li>	<li>Knowledge of risk assessments and ability to identify potential risks and how to manage risks.</li>	<li>Understanding of housing management, law and best practice</li>	<li>Ability to motivate people and achieve positive outcomes</li>	<li>Ability to communicate&nbsp; effectively at different levels</li>	<li>Knowledge of housing needs / barriers faced by people who experience mental ill health.&nbsp;</li>	<li>Excellent communication and&nbsp; literacy skills, able to produce clear, concise reports, correspondence and notes</li>	<li>Competent in the use of IT systems including Microsoft applications, email and internet.</li></ul>Who are we?&nbsp;We’re Rethink Mental Illness, a leading charity provider of mental health services in England.
