Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner

West Sussex County Council is seeking a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Curriculum Access Team (CAT) on a permanent basis. You will deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group mental health interventions for children and young people, while collaborating with families, schools and professionals to support engagement with education.

The role requires a degree or Level 6 qualification in a relevant field and at least two years' experience working with children and young people.
