Youth Mental Health Support Worker - Therapeutic Care & Growth

The Lighthouse is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Stroud. You will contribute to therapeutic and homely care for young people aged 13-18, under the Priory Group.

A NVQ2 in Health & Social Care is required, with a focus on personal care and daily living support. Working full-time in a residential setting, you will assist in creating individual care plans, monitor wellbeing, and support educational activities while building trusting relationships with young people and their
