Youth & Adult Mental Health Support Worker

Marva is actively recruiting a Mental Health Support Worker to assist young adults and children with mental health needs across the North East. You will provide direct care, emotional support and practical assistance to help clients live more independent lives in home settings.

The role requires empathy, resilience and strong communication, with experience in safeguarding, documentation and MDT collaboration. A PMVA certificate and UK work eligibility are essential.
