Senior Older People Community Mental Health Nurse

Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Older Peoples Community Mental Health Nurse to work within a Community Mental Health Team in Doncaster. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care in the community, liaising with statutory and voluntary organisations, and supporting the Band 6 team with evidence-based interventions.

The post requires performing client re-assessments, managing risk and crisis plans, and deputising for the Team Leader when needed.
