Senior Mental Health Practitioner CAP/MHWP - Community Care

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust in Croydon is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner (CAP or Senior MHWP) to deliver low-medium intensity psychological formulation, assessment and treatment in Adult Secondary Care. You will hold a named caseload as a Key Worker within the Croydon South Adult Community Secondary Care Neighbourhood Centre and provide structured interventions under supervision.

Applicants should be qualified practitioners, including Clinical Associates in Psychology
