Senior Forensic Psychologist: Rehabilitation Leader

Serco is seeking a Senior Forensic Psychologist to join HMP Ashfield in Bristol. You will lead a team of forensic psychologists, conduct psychological assessments, and guide rehabilitation programmes for male sexual offenders, including therapeutic approaches such as EMDR and schema therapy.

You will play a crucial role in safer custody, shape interventions, and support staff and prisoners toward positive outcomes and reintegration into society.
