Athona Ltd in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, is recruiting two Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPNs) / Care Coordinators to join the Recovery & Wellbeing Team Hub. The role covers a designated caseload of complex mental health patients, working with the MDT to assess, plan, coordinate and deliver person-centred care.
The post requires RMN registration, Band 6 experience and strong community mental health and care coordination skills.
