RMN-Qualified Mental Health Nurse & Shift Lead

AWP is seeking an RMN for ward-based duties, offering flexible shifts including early, late, night, weekends and bank holidays. You must maintain a therapeutic environment, respond to aggression, and participate in MDT meetings while ensuring safety for patients and staff.

You will work to NMC conduct standards and support care aligned with CQC expectations, across multiple sites within the trust. 4,000 staff work together to provide compassionate care daily.
