East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Renal Counsellor (NHS Nephrology) in Ipswich to provide psychosocial support to patients with kidney disease, including those undergoing dialysis or pre-transplant, as part of our nephrology team.
You will perform psychosocial assessments, identify barriers to treatment, and work with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that aim to improve quality of life for patients with CKD.
