<p>If you’re an Associate Specialist looking for a new opportunity to join a friendly multidisciplinary team in an established secure service setting, then come and work at the Chimneys, a rehabilitation level 2 for women.</p>
<p>As the Associate specialist, you will provide clinical assessment, review and evaluation to the service users under the care and treatment of the hospital. You will ensure that all treatment plans are fully adhered to or escalated if they are not being. The doctor will take a specific focus on physical health, food and fluids and risk management across the wards working closely with the medical team, physical health nurse, ward manager, and wider MDT.</p>
You will also ensure the high quality first-line medical care of our inpatients, liaise effectively with external professionals and carers, provide written and oral evidence for Hospital Managers’ and Tribunal hearings, work towards safe discharges including preparing discharge summaries, reports and other necessary documentation and be a valued and effective member of the multidisciplinary team at The Chimneys.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
<p>You will be working alongside RC for the service, as well as the wider MDT of which they form an integral part. There is a regular multi-disciplinary Team meeting daily so that care and treatment is adequately planned and any risk managed in real time. The team has dedicated administrative support which is based within the hospital.</p>
<p><strong>Other Responsibilities include:</strong></p>

  <p>We are looking to employ an enthusiastic radiographer/mammographer to join our team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave until September 2026. We are the Chelmsford and Colchester Breast Screening Unit serving the population of North and Mid-Essex. This post is part time up to 30 hours per week.</p> <p>We have 3 mobile units covering 11 screening sites including Clacton, Braintree, Brentwood and Chelmsford .</p> <p>Two major hospitals are within our catchment area so working in rapid diagnostic clinics is part of the weekly workload. Both Broomfield and Colchester hospitals are equipped with state of the art GE Pristina Mammography machines, 2D and 3D are regularly used in assessment clinics and in Colchester CEM (Contrast Enhanced Mammography) has been introduced.</p> <p>A qualified Mammographer holding a Post Graduate Award in Mammography is Essential for this post.</p> <p>We would welcome you for an informal visit.</p> <p>Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen in the radiotherapy treatment department at Colchester Hospital for a Treatment Specialist Radiographer.</p>
<p>We are looking for an experienced Therapeutic Radiographer, who shares our vision of providing state of the art treatment, delivered by caring and supportive professionals.</p>
<p>ESNEFT currently has:</p>

<li>1 Varian Ethos, 1 Varian Halcyon, 5 Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerators, two with 6 degrees of freedom couch. ARIA R&amp;V system and Eclipse treatment planning system</li>
<li>Orthovoltage Units with a range of energies</li>
<li>Philips &amp; Siemens CT Scanners. 4DCT scans are completed for lung patients and DIBH scans for left sided breast patients</li>
<li>MR Treatment planning</li>
<li>Mould room and planning services are radiographer led</li>
<li>Macmillan Radiographers are key workers for major tumour sites, and provide psychological support for patients and their carers</li>
<li>The department is accredited to ISO 9001:2015, and uses QPulse as the document management system</li>
</ul>
<p>You will work in all areas of the Radiotherapy department ensuring the highest quality of technical practice, patient care and ensuring targets are achieved. You will work closely with the leadership team for treatment in the radiotherapy department.</p>
<p>You will also participate in the training and mentoring of our undergraduate therapeutic radiography students.</p>
<p>Cross site working to our Ipswich Hospital may be required.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>To work closely with the Band 8A operational lead to ensure the workload is managed to minimise waiting times and staff work efficiently and effectively as a team</li>
<li>Daily planning and organisation of treatment units, to ensure activities are prioritised appropriately. Investigating and mitigating breaches where possible, escalating patient pathways where necessary</li>
<li>Supervise and participate in all aspects of clinical work related to the preparation, delivery and verification of Radiotherapy to maintain the highest professional and technical standards of Radiotherapy and patient care, liaising with the multi-disciplinary team to troubleshoot and resolve issues</li>
<li>Review and update Risk assessments and ensure appropriate documentation is in place to facilitate safe working practices in line with current legislation, and propose and implement changes</li>
<li>Actively participate in the Quality System and other quality initiatives within the directorate and profession to develop, implement and evaluate practice and techniques</li>
<li>Undertake appraisal and development of a personal development plan for junior radiographers in the department</li>
<li>Perform other duties, delegated by the Radiotherapy Service Manager, or deputy, after consultation with the post holder, to meet the needs of the department</li>

Mental Health Children's and Young Person CBT therapist/Case Manager - FULLY REMOTE

(Other service lines include assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions, occupational neurodiversity, and training and development.)</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are recruiting for a combined total of <strong>1.6 WTE sessions</strong> (1.0 WTE based in Ipswich and 0.6 WTE based in Norwich) to support the delivery of a contracted service providing psychological treatment for PTSD to a major public sector client.</p><p>You will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment to individuals (predominantly first responders) referred via their employers' occupational health service.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities include:</strong></p><p>• <strong>Trauma Assessment:</strong> Conducting initial <strong>eligibility assessments</strong> involving clinically screening for PTSD and reporting back to the employer whether the individual meets the contracted criteria.</p><p>• <strong>Specialist Treatment:</strong> Providing treatment covering both <strong>incident-based trauma</strong> and <strong>complex trauma</strong>. This includes delivering <strong>evidence-based treatment</strong> adapted for traumatic stress, such as <strong>CBT, ACT, EMDR therapy, and Somatic-based therapies</strong>.
