Rehabilitation Support Worker - Vision Impairment Care

Visionary - linking local sight loss charities LTD is recruiting a Rehabilitation Support Worker for blind and partially sighted people in Derbyshire. The role is based in Derbyshire with visits to clients at home, working 15 hours per week for £13.24 per hour.

You will travel across Derbyshire, provide practical advice, demonstrations of aids, and signpost to Sight Support Derbyshire or external services. Training and ongoing support are provided.
