Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Rehabilitation Support Worker for the in-patient intermediate care rehabilitation service at Finchley Memorial Hospital. You will join a multidisciplinary team to support adults with a range of physical dysfunction and disability.
The role includes implementing prescribed treatment, assisting with documentation, and collaborating with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other staff.
