We are hiring experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses in Cardiff to support people across residential care and nursing homes, as well as community settings.

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs.
Administer medication and complete clinical tasks in line with care plans.
Monitor observations and respond to changing needs.
Work collaboratively with care teams, families and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure all care is delivered safetly and in line with professional standards.
Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
At least 6 months UK post qualification experience.
Experience within mental heath, residential or nursing care settings.
A calm, compassionate and professional approach.
Ability to work confidently as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good spoken and written English.
