We're looking for compassionate, proactive, and resilient individuals to join our dedicated team as Recovery Support Workers. In this rewarding role, you'll support people experiencing mental ill health to rebuild confidence, develop essential life skills, and work towards their personal goals.

  • Provide person centred emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and recovery focused approaches
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and partner services
