You will lead compassionate support strategies, work with Progress Leaders, and drive positive outcomes to empower young people to thrive.
The role is permanent, 37 hours per week over 43 weeks per year, with a clear focus on safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing within a vibrant educational community.
