Part-Time Community Mental Health Nurse - Dementia & Complex Care

We are seeking a part-time Duty Community Mental Health Nurse for the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team. The role involves providing high quality, evidence-based care and leading risk assessments for service users with complex needs.

You will monitor medications, including depot administration, and provide expert advice while coordinating care as a key worker. The post includes supervising junior staff and supporting student nurses within a multidisciplinary team.
