Older Adult Community Mental Health Nurse - Care Coordinator

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 (developmental) or Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Older Persons Community Mental Health Team covering Ferndown and West Moors. The post is 30 hours per week with a required non-working day on Tuesday or Thursday.

Experience with severe mental illness and older adults in community or inpatient settings is desirable; we offer supervision and integrated multi-disciplinary support.
