North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Counsellor to support its workforce in staying healthy, safe and well at work.
You will work with a multidisciplinary clinical team, providing counselling, group support, education and signposting, while upholding confidentiality and promoting staff wellbeing and attendance across the Trust.
