If you are looking for a rewarding career and to work within an epic team that will help you grow and thrive, then you have come to the right place. Working within our Edinburgh Supported Living service you can start your day knowing what you do really does make a difference!

Mental Health and wellbeing practitioners offer both practical and emotional support to people living in the community. Our approach is person centred, aiming to empower individuals to build independence while feeling supported. The range of support we provide includes helping people with medication and money management, working alongside people to develop the skills needed to successfully maintain their own tenancies, promoting wellbeing through good hygiene and healthy routines, and encouraging meaningful social connections.

We also create opportunities for individuals to access local activities, community resources, and other forms of assistance that can enrich their lives. By combining everyday practical help with emotional encouragement, we strive to ensure that each person feels valued, supported, and able to thrive both at home and within the wider community. This role is for Tuesday to Saturday, although starting and finishing times may vary.

As a mental health charity, we really value the wellbeing of our staff. That's why we want you to know that you'll be joining a friendly team, who will give you a supportive environment to help you thrive in your role, including all the training you need to feel confident and equipped.

We can offer you a tonne of employee benefits, and we can promise you'll be inspired by some pretty amazing humans every single day. We will support you on your own career path; developing new skills, accessing formal and informal learning experiences and providing opportunities to put your continual progress into practice.
