Coniston House, a brand-new mental health service from Nouvita Healthcare, in Camberley, seeks a Support Worker to provide person-centred care for men in a therapeutic residential setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support daily living, activities and recovery plans, with a focus on records and a positive environment. Training and progression are built in from day one.
