Mental Health Support Worker - Full Training & 38.5h Rotas

CYGNET is recruiting a full time Support Worker at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone, a 64 bed mental health facility in Kent. Join a multi disciplinary team to support admission, assessment and discharge of inpatients, with a focus on dignity and safety.

You will work 38.5 hours per week on a rota including days, nights and weekends. Training and induction are provided, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and compassionate care is essential.
