Peer Support Worker
Active Pathways Ltd in Seacroft, Leeds, is recruiting a Mental Health Support Worker to join Park Place, our supported living service. You will provide person-centred care, support recovery, and help residents develop independent living skills in a warm, home-like environment.
This full-time role (36 hours per week) operates 8am-8pm with every second weekend off. Overtime is paid, sleeps paid, and a range of benefits including annual leave, pension, DBS checks, lunch on site and a health plan.
