Mental Health Practitioner: Complex Psychosis & Outreach

West London Mental Health Trust is recruiting for a role within our Complex Psychosis Service, part of the Assertive Outreach pathway. You will assess, plan and coordinate care for a defined caseload of service users with complex needs related to psychotic illnesses.

The post involves multidisciplinary collaboration in the community, delivering holistic assessments and treatment to support recovery and social inclusion. Applicants from RMN, OT or Social Work backgrounds are welcome.
