Lead Registered Mental Health Nurse - Community Care

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a registered nurse to join our multi-disciplinary in-house team delivering person-centred care in community and hospital settings. You will work with a close team to maintain high staffing ratios and promote independence for patients.

You will lead teams, mentor staff, and uphold evidence-based practice and CQC standards while delivering compassionate, holistic care to service users.
