Lead Community Mental Health Nurse & CBT Therapist

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. seeks a dedicated health professional to lead clinical management within a SABP-supported care framework. You will coordinate care, deliver CBT-based therapy, and work within an MDT to assess, plan and adapt treatment as needs evolve.

In this role, you will uphold patient-centred care standards, maintain professional boundaries, document contacts, and communicate effectively with service users, relatives and staff in line with SABP policies.
