Lead Clinician - Inpatient Ward & Care Team Leader

East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead Clinician to take overall responsibility for the care of patients on the in-patient and Community ward(s) at Clacton Hospital for 5.75 sessions per week.

You will provide clinical leadership, work with medical staff and ward teams to ensure high-quality care, patient safety, and engagement with governance, audits and learning.
