Hospice Counsellor - Family & Youth Therapy

Blythe House Hospice Counselling Service seeks a Counsellor to work with the Lead Counsellor, delivering high-quality therapeutic support to adults, children and young people within a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct needs assessments, offer appropriate therapeutic approaches, maintain confidential records, and participate in safeguarding and professional development. The role involves working at the hospice and in community settings.
