Holistic Community Mental Health Nurse Lead & Innovate Care

Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust in Folkestone is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse to deliver holistic, person-centred care for adults 18+ across community settings. You will lead comprehensive assessments, promote safe environments, and work with a multi-disciplinary team.

You must be a fully registered nurse with current NMC registration, understand NICE guidelines, and hold a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use. This is a permanent, full-time post.
