Empowering Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Peer)

Penumbra is recruiting a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Peer) to join the East Lothian Home & Communities team. This role focuses on empowering adults to reach their self-identified goals through person-centred support in community settings.

You will work with the Service Manager to deliver flexible, compassionate care, identify needs, and promote independence. The role offers permanent full-time employment with a salary of £26,227 per annum and UK right to work required.
