Emergency Mental Health Support Worker

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Mental Health Support Workers (MHSWs) to assist patients with complex mental health needs within Emergency Department settings in London.

Successful candidates will contribute to risk management plans, provide compassionate, autonomous support, and work closely with RMNs and psychiatric teams to safeguard patient welfare while following established policies and procedures.
