Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide detailed reports to inform educational planning and interventions.

Collaborate with schools, families, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support strategies.

Offer consultation and advice to educators and parents regarding behavioral, emotional, and learning difficulties.

Design and deliver training and workshops to professional staff to enhance understanding of psychological principles.

Support the development of intervention programmes aimed at improving educational and social outcomes for pupils.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and decision-making processes.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to statutory requirements and professional guidelines in all aspects of work.
