Crisis Recovery Support Worker - Mental Health

Waythrough is seeking a Crisis Recovery Worker to join our Lancashire service at Willow House, Coppull. You will support people in crisis for 3-7 days and help develop independent living skills, budgeting and community engagement, while promoting wellbeing and safe service operation.

The role requires compassionate communication, the ability to work effectively in a team, and careful record-keeping under GDPR. Interviews will be conducted as we go; closing date is 2026-10-15.
