Community Mental Health Practitioner - Part-Time (Kent)

Kent and Medway NHS Trust in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a part-time Community Mental Health Practitioner to work within a multidisciplinary team in the South West Kent area. The role involves assessing, planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating care for adults with mental health disorders in the community.

You will collaborate with service users, families and other professionals to promote recovery, using evidence-based, person-centred approaches and ensuring inclusive practice.
