Community Mental Health Nurse & Care Coordinator (Flexible)

The Twickenham Integrated Recovery Hub within the South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is offering a Care Coordinator maternity-cover role for adults with mental health conditions. HCPC/NMC/SWE registration is required, and applications are welcome from OTs, CPNs, or SWs.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, with agile and flexible working options and a focus on recovery, professional development, and a supportive team culture.
