Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (EMHP/CWP) Hybrid Role

East London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting four Education Wellbeing Practitioners (EMHP or CWP) to join the Tower Hamlets Education Wellbeing Service (THEWS).

The post-holder will deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions to children and young people with mild-to-moderate mental health problems and their families, while supporting the senior mental health lead to implement a whole school/college approach. A hybrid clinical working model is used.
