Child & Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner (Residential)

The Cambian Group in Shropshire is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team supporting Looked After Children in residential settings. You will provide clinical consultation, direct therapeutic work and contribute to care planning with staff and partners.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, delivering trauma-informed interventions, offering supervision and training, and producing routine clinical reports to inform placement decisions and outcomes.
