  <p><strong>Please note that this job does not meet the salary requirements for work visa sponsorship and as such we will be unable to progress your application if you do not have the right to work in the UK.</strong></p> <p>An excellent opportunity has arisen for Band 3 Rehabilitation Technician with previous reablement experience in a community or acute setting to join the Central Team, Shropshire.</p> <p>You will join a multidisciplinary team, working with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Rehabilitation supporting patients in a variety of settings within their own homes or care homes.</p> <p>You will work under guidance to support patients with a range of conditions, provide rehabilitation, and working with the team to support rehabilitation and short/long term management planning. As an integral team in the Urgent Care Pathway we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
