CAMHS Crisis Mental Health Practitioner - Transform Youth Care

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to work within our CAMHS crisis services. You will assess and support children and young people in crisis, providing brief therapeutic input and clear signposting across pathways to ensure timely, patient-centred care.

The role involves risk assessment, engagement with families, and collaboration with Home Treatment and Rapid Response teams within the Pennine Care footprint.
