Band 6 Trauma-Informed Mental Health Practitioner (Wigan)

Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust invites applications for a Band 6 fixed term contract in the Neighbourhood Mental Health Service in the Wigan Borough. The post holder will undertake a key worker role, alongside assessment and formulation within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience of triaging and signposting referrals is required, with ability to liaise with multiple agencies and professionals.
