Milk Education is seeking an Aspiring Education Psychologist - Learning Support Assistant in West Drayton for a September 2026 start. The role supports non-verbal and minimally verbal students aged 3-16 with complex communication needs, autism, and language disorders, using AAC, PECS, and Makaton.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups in a nurturing school setting, with full training in AAC, PECS, Makaton, and trauma-informed practice provided.
