  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist or CBT Therapist to join the Mental Health Rehabilitation Service as we launch Community Rehabilitation in North Kent. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced therapists.</p> <p>Community Rehabilitation supports people with mental health problems to live a full and active life within their family &amp; community, working in partnership with Social Care, Housing and Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.</p> <p>As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for offering high-quality psychological treatments (individual &amp; group) and family interventions. Case consultation and joint work with team members will also be an expectation. You will have plenty of scope and support to develop your own practice, whilst providing a highly professional service to people with psychosis and their families.</p> <p>What is High Cost Area Allowance?</p> <p>The High-Cost Area (HCA) allowance, also referred to as London Weighting is a payment made to employees who work in London and the surrounding areas.</p> <p>As this post is based in Dartford, Gravesham or Swanley, the successful applicant will receive an additional payment each month.</p> <p>5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,303 per year and a maximum payment of £2,198 per year (the agreed annual amount will be divided into 12 equal amounts and paid monthly) (2025 figures)</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<p>The post holder will support the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team to provide an effective, high quality, mental wellbeing and counselling service.</p>
<p>The post holder will use a flexible confidential counselling service to promote the psychological health and welfare of our employees / staff who access the counselling service.</p>
<p>You will be expected to use a range of skills and methods of delivery to provide individual and group support. You will have continuing responsibility for designated clients, assessing client needs, providing the appropriate support, and appropriate counselling interventions.</p>
<p>You will manage your own caseload and activity, making individual client assessments, and supporting with sensitivity and compassion. You will be a strong and positive individual who will enjoy developing, leading and collaborating with a dedicated professional team. You will work within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the governance of counselling / psychological practice within the service.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will undertake specialist counselling and psychological interventions, formulate psychological treatment plans and provide the service with expertise in the specialist clinical area, contributing to the delivery and outcomes of the Occupational Health Service</p>
<p>This post will have strong links with, and support from the trusts Mental Health Services and Psychology Service with opportunities for collaboration with external partner organisations across North Wales.</p>
<p>The post holder will provide professional specialist occupational health and wellbeing advice to its users and ensure that an accurate assessment of the workplace health needs are met.</p>

We are looking to recruit a Psychologist, Psychology assistant and a Peer Support Worker to look at creative solutions to support people.</p> <p>We are looking for a Peer Support Worker with lived experience that can work with individuals, the team and our partner organisations. We'd like you to bring your unique experience to the role to help us develop the team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>To work as part of a team supporting people with multiple complex mental health needs who are also experiencing homelessness.</li>
<li>Reporting directly to the team manager and under the professional supervision of the Peer Support Worker Lead.</li>
<li>To work across systems within GHC and across organisation, including Housing, Adult Social Care (ASC), Change Grow Live (CGL) substance misuse service, and other relevant partners.</li>
<li>To work in unconventional clinical environments (e.g. rough sleeper sites, supported housing, partner agency units, in the community etc) to deliver support to individuals with complex emotional needs.</li>
<li>To work with direct partners, team, senior management, commissioners, and partners to implement NICE guidelines NG214 'Integrated Health and Social Care for people experiencing homelessness' within the Trust, the team and wider services.</li>
<li>The role of peer support worker has been developed specifically for people who have lived experience of complex needs and homelessness.</li>
<li>The successful candidate would be a highly valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, the PSW during the development phase will offer limited support and practical assistance to service users in order for them to regain control over their lives and their own unique recovery process.</li>
