  <p>Are you a highly specialist practitioner psychologist looking to work within the acute hospital setting with the liaison psychiatry team? Liaison psychiatry is looking for a part time highly specialist practitioner psychologist based primarily at Royal Bournemouth Hospital with cross cover at Poole Hospital as and when required.</p>
<p>As the highly specialist practitioner psychologist you will manage and develop the specialist psychology service for older people in Dorset. Providing expertise and specialist psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals, contributing directly to clients' formulation, diagnosis and treatment plan. You will be responsible for the day-to-day line management and clinical supervision of psychologists and assistant psychologists working in the Liaison psychiatry service.</p>
<p>You will formulate plans for the formal psychological assessment and management of client's mental health and implement a range of interventions. You will make evaluations and decisions about treatment options and exercise full responsibility and autonomy for the treatment and discharge of clients. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting position has arisen for a psychologist or CBT therapist to join the Havering Early Intervention Psychosis Team for 6 months, fixed-term.</p>
<p>The post holder will join a well-established early intervention in psychosis service for people with a psychotic diagnosis and their families.</p>
<p>The post holder will join the EIP team, delivering CBT for psychosis with people aged between 14-65 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.</p>
<p>The post will suit enthusiastic psychologist or CBT therapist with an interest in developing their skills in applying evidence-based psychological therapies with this client group and working with multi-disciplinary teams.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will provide assessment and evidence-based interventions for this client group . The post holder will be expected to work closely with the multidisciplinary team and offer support on psychological approaches to working with psychosis.</p>
<p>The post holder will be expected to participate in supervision and CPD focused on evidence-based interventions in psychosis.</p>
<p>In addition, the post holder will receive individual supervision and group supervision in CBT for psychosis. The service has practitioners interested in Narrative Exposure Therapy, EMDR and Family Intervention for Psychosis amongst other approaches.</p>
<p>The Trust has strong links with the UCL, UEL and Royal Holloway clinical psychology courses, several Counselling Psychology courses and the UCL CBTp diploma. Current members of the department are engaged in teaching and research projects with local clinical training courses.</p>

  <p>At NELFT, we are proud to be the largest provider of Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) in England. Our teams deliver evidence-based interventions in schools and colleges for children and young people aged 4-18, while also supporting Whole School Approaches to improve wellbeing across education settings. Working closely with school-based services and linking with CAMHS where needed, MHSTs play a vital role in strengthening mental health support for young people.</p>   <p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mental Health Practitioner (SMHP) to join our Mid Essex MHSTs. You will deliver CBT interventions, lead Whole School Approach activities, and support Education Mental Health Practitioners through supervision and guidance. The role also includes developing school networks, delivering staff training, supporting group programmes, and co-producing mental health resources.</p>   <p>Applicants should be CYPMHS clinicians undertaking or having completed CYP-PT CBT or SFP training, or registered professionals with a postgraduate diploma in evidence-based psychological therapies. Strong CBT experience is essential.</p>   <p>You will work closely with schools to embed MHST support, develop materials for interventions, and promote positive mental health across education communities.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will deliver brief, high-quality CBT interventions to children and young people in schools and colleges, conducting assessments, offering early interventions, and measuring outcomes to ensure effective, evidence-based practice. They will also support Whole School Approach activities, including workshops, groups, staff training, and consultation, while promoting early identification of mental health needs.</p>   <p>Working autonomously and in line with professional and Trust standards, the practitioner will plan and deliver care according to NICE guidelines, initiate referrals when needed, and provide clear information and psychoeducation to CYP and families.</p>   <p>The role includes contributing to MHST leadership, supporting team culture, multidisciplinary working, audits, governance, and sharing clinical knowledge.   <p>The post holder will be managed and professionally led by the principal clinical psychologist for North Tyneside Community Learning Disabilities Team and supervised by other qualified staff.   <p>We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist with relevant experience to join our Home Treatmentservice in Sheffield. The teams work with a range of partner agencies, including GP's and VCSE organisations, to deliver interventions and treatment to people with a range of mental health difficulties in crisis including those with serious mental illness with a focus on reducing risk and avoiding hospital admission. The successful candidate will join a large team of supportive multi-professionals alongside clinical and forensic psychologists, psychotherapists and clinical associate psychologists within the acute, crisis and inpatient psychology team.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of supporting people at risk of hospital admission to receive specialist care at home. There are ongoing opportunities in the service to shape the psychology clinical pathway and the successful applicant will be actively involved in 'Home First' development. The post holder will maintain a clinical caseload, provide clinical supervision, reflective practice and debrief for staff and will actively work with the other psychology lead to deliver a highly specialist service.
