  <p>Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust (LPFT) delivers an NHS Talking Therapies service. An opportunity has arisen for a qualified counsellor Band 5 or Band 6 to join the Lincolnshire Talking Therapies service based in Spalding although you may also be required to cover alternative bases to meet service need. The Service provides evidence-based interventions within a stepped care model, treating people with mild to moderate common mental health problems. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major national service, which has fundamentally changed the way in which psychological treatments are provided.</p> <p><em><strong>CLOSING DATE: 30th December 2025</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>INTERVIEWS: 15th January 2026</strong></em></p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work within a team environment and be thoroughly conversant with the use of clinical systems.</p> <p>The Band 5 counsellor will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing counselling for depression. The post holder will be expected to hold a clinical caseload and will be provided with clinical supervision. The service will provide the relevant training to acquire a qualification in a Talking Therapies modality of PCE-CfD.</p> <p>To acquire the Band 6 post the candidate will need to continue to hold a caseload, be accredited with a professional body, complete and pass a qualification in a Talking Therapy modality PCE-CfD. They will be responsible in providing clinical supervision to counselling colleagues.</p>

<p>An opportunity has arisen for an accredited counsellor to join the Oncology Team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire. We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual who would like to work alongside MDT colleagues in supporting patients with a cancer diagnosis and their families and carers.</p>
<p>The team serves a busy acute hospital working within the Arden Cancer Centre and a wider range of nurses, medics and allied professional supporting cancer patients.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To ensure the systematic provision of a high quality counselling service to patients diagnosed with and treated for cancer, and their families under the care of the Arden Centre at UHCW. To manage own caseload and work autonomously within professional guidelines, exercising clinical responsibility, and implementing changes where necessary. To participate as a member of the Oncology (and where appropriate Haematology) Psychological Service team and to work co-operatively with multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve service goals.</p>
<p>To ensure the systematic provision of the psychological service, including the responsibility to prioritise work appropriately.</p>
<p>To use self-report measures, rating scales, direct and semi-structured interviews with patients, family members and others involved in the client's care.</p>
<p>To formulate and make decisions about treatment options taking into account both theoretical and therapeutic models and highly complex factors that have shaped the individual or family</p>

You will be joining an experienced and welcoming Multidisciplinary Team which highly values psychotherapeutic work.</p> <p>We are very keen to attract the right candidates and consider locality working. This role will involve remote working/hybrid working options however there will be a requirement to work from the office on certain days to meet the needs of the service.</p> <p>Shortlisting for this vacancy is due commence on 8th January 2026 and the proposed interview date is 22nd January 2026</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Providing talking therapies to clients with Eating Disorders, providing supervision/training to other staff and acting as a part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team. They will carry a caseload of complex clients and be expected to be an important contributor in the team management of the most complex clients who present to the service.</p> <p>The successful candidate will undertake direct clinical work, supervision, consultation and contribute to teaching and service development as well as helping to consult and guide on client's psychological care, from a trauma informed perspective. The team are trained in different therapy models including CBT, CAT, EMDR and integrative therapy and you will be encouraged and supported to undertake further training.</p> <p>Previous experience of eating disorders is necessary. You will be provided with professional and clinical supervision, and there will be multiple opportunities to develop your specialist clinical skills. There are opportunities to link with other Practitioners working in the eating disorder community and inpatient services across the Trust, and more widely across other services</p>

  <p>The Wellbeing Service is part of the national IAPT programme, aimed at helping people across Suffolk aged 16 and over, who are suffering with mild to moderately severe anxiety and depression.</p> <p>You will be fully accredited CBT Therapist with the BABCP.</p> <p>We want patients and staff to recommend our organisation as a place where they would be happy for their friends and family to be treated. You can help us do this by bringing your skills, experience and commitment to The Wellbeing Service.</p> <p>The Wellbeing Service is expanding, and we work closely with community colleagues to support people living with Long Term Conditions as well as our core work. We will offer evidence based psychological treatments to help individuals to live well with their condition, and strengthen links with key physical health colleagues in our area.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
   <p>You will provide high intensity interventions to a range of adults with anxiety, depression and trauma related problems. You will receive regular supervision as well as in service training and CPD days that ensure your continued learning and development. This is an opportunity to join an established team of Psychological Therapists providing a range of NICE compliant treatments at Step 3. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.</p> <p>Experience of working in Primary Care will be an advantage. As well as 1:1 work you may be expected to co-facilitate group interventions. For the delivery of group work we provide training and additional support, should you need it.</p> <p>As a Band 7 therapist, you will contribute to the on-going development and evaluation of the service.</p> <p>The post will be based in one of our sites in Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds, dependent on applicants own location, however, there is a requirement to work across Suffolk as required.   <p>The SwindonTalking Therapies Service is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and qualified High Intensity Therapist to join our dynamic and expanding service to help manage the increasing demand for Step 3 CBT.</p> <p>We currently operate a hybrid working arrangement, where you will be based in Swindon combined with opportunities for remote working from home.</p> <p>You will enjoy the benefits of working in AWP,an NHS Trust that is committed to developing highly skilled workforce and actively encourages professional development opportunities.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>You will provide a qualified specialist psychological therapy service for anxiety and depression to clients from the NHS Talking Therapies service. This involves providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy, using the therapy model specified by the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.</li>
<li>You will also provide professional and clinical supervision to other members of the team.</li>
<li>You will need to hold the NHS Talking Therapies High Intensity CBT Postgraduate Diploma and be accredited with the BABCP.</li>
<li>You will be joining the service at an exciting time with expansion across all areas which will open up excellent development opportunities.</li>
<li>You will receive regular supervision and an extensive programme of CPD opportunities to ensure your continued learning and development.</li>
</ul>
