As an integral team in the Urgent Care Pathway we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work with people who are experiencing a mental health crisis, require extra support alongside their regular support network or who can have the same treatment provided at home that they would receive in a Mental Health Hospital.</p> <p>We are a team that consists of Band 5 and 6 Nurses, Band 3 Support Workers, Non-Medical Prescribers, Medical Staff, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Administrators and Business Support Staff. </p> <p>As we work with people with all types of mental health presentations, we need to have a range of skills and interests that create a strong and responsive team.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Clinical/Forensic Psychologistto join our inpatient rehabilitation team at Forest Close.</p> <p>You will be joining a supportive therapy team of psychologists, CAPS, assistant psychologist and music therapy working at Forest Close. The successful candidate will be based working across 3 wards at Forest Close. You will take a key role in supporting and implementing compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based care , with opportunities to be innovative and influential and will develop your formulation and consultation skills in addition to direct clinical work, service development and leadership. The post will suit a candidate who has experience and interest in working with people with complex mental health difficulties within an MDT.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post will suit a candidate who has experience and interest in working with people with severe, chronic and complex mental health difficulties within a multidisciplinary team and who can offer both direct and indirect work with service users, their families/carers and staff.</p> <p>You will be involved in offering team formulation, reflective practice, teaching &amp; training.   <p>The Hounslow Speech and Language Therapy Team are seeking a dynamic and experienced therapist to join as a Preschool Team Lead.</p>  <p>Hounslow Children's Speech and Language Therapy Service is a large well integrated team.
